Death as they say is inevitable.

They also say that if someone is suffering, then it is better to let that person leave all the suffering behind to a better world.

Yet when death is unexpected and to precious, loved ones, it is heart wrenching.

It is overwhelming and the pain just does not go away. It hurts when you remember a precious one whom you have lost to the better world, even if it is 20 years or 10 years or just a year.

But because one needs to survive in this world, as life goes on, thus one gets occupied in materialistic things, and the sadness is taken away by keeping busy. However it is in moments of being alone to yourself that those painful memories arise and then what does one do?

How do we deal with it?
