Nights

Some nights don’t need words,

Just dim lights, slow music, and heavy thoughts.

I stopped explaining myself to people

who only understand noise, not silence.

The calm look hides storms no one sees,

and the smile carries stories never spoken.

Maybe I changed,

or maybe I just learned who deserves my energy.

Blue lights, late nights,

and a heart still figuring everything out.

Not chasing attention anymore,

just protecting my peace.

Music understands what people can’t,

and silence heals what life breaks.

Still standing, still glowing, still me.
