What's your mantra to stay physically & mentally fit?

It's been a long time since I wrote on my website
Writing gives me a sense of calm, keeps me at peace and most importantly removes the clutter in my head.
That's of utmost importance to move ahead in life, or to have less stress and lead a healthy life
Some people love painting or learn a musical instrument or go dancing etc ..way too many hobbies to get rid of the stress.
What's your way to deal with stress?
